TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CAKE
   
     
  Cream...3.5oz butter  
  7oz caster sugar  
  1/4 tsp vanilla essence  
     
  Sift.........9oz S/R flour  
  2oz Cocoa powder  
  pinch salt  
  1 tsp bicarb of soda  
     
  Fold in alternately with  
  3 large egg yolks  
  9 fl oz cold water  
     
   
   

   

Whisk 3 egg whites with 3 oz caster sugar

             (should be like meringue)

             Fold in and Bake in 2 tins x 8 in

              25-30 mins @ 170c 

 
    Cool 5 mins in tin.

Sandwich together with 4 tbs Chocolate Spread

Melt Milk chocolate and spread over the top.....

Sprinkle with shavings of white and dark chocolate
